The location was so convenient to everything. If you have children it’s a variety of things to keep them occupied. The hotel was so beautiful and so clean. The free amenities like breakfast, popcorn and self serve ramen was a great bonus.

We needed a hotel for just one night but wished it had been for longer. The location is great in one of the main tourist areas of Osaka. Namba train station is a very short walk away and there are lots of shops and places to eat close by. The area is very lively at night but feels completely safe. The room was spacious, clean and had everything you could need and more. The reception staff were very helpful and allowed us to check in much earlier than the stated time. There is a secure baggage storage area for the day you check out. The facilities in reception are exceptional. There is free breakfast, afternoon tea and ramen of an evening. There is a free soft drinks machine as well as tea and coffee and all sorts of Sake and spirits to make your own drinks. There is a play area for kids with TV and games console. They also provide toiletries etc free of charge. All of this is provided during your stay but it is also available to you after you have checked out for the rest of that day until your departure. It may have only been for one night but this hotel made an extremely positive impression and we would not hesitate to stay here again or to recommend it to others.

We had a great time, the rooms were clean and had everything you need. We travelled with kids and they enjoyed all the activities/snacks they had for them and the little play area. We were right on the edge of dotonbori so easy to access a lot in the area and also a major train stop nearby. The staff were very nice and gave us a lot of information and recommendations. We definitely recommend this hotel with so many amenities.

My daughter fell in love with all the amenities! The staff was amazing and the all you can drink was nice! The hotel is a short walk to Dotombori and all the shops. Highly recommend!!!!

A very good hotel with lots of amenities! Free breakfast, drinks, (including alcohol), and spacious rooms. Very well located right on Dotonbori street near all the action. Comfortable beds and a massage chair in the room, it's hard to beat. Staff are helpful and know enough English to converse. Lots of stuff to do in the hotel alone, though of course the neighborhood is very exciting too.

A lot of accessories, free breakfast, late night self-help ramen, wine, candy floss etc. Room is slightly too small.

The hotel is in a fantastic location. The free drinks and popcorn were a great benefit. The breakfast consisted of more of a continental flare with rice and curry also available. The only reason for not 5 stars was there wasn’t much space in the room with two large beds in it. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. We would stay again though

What an amazing place to stay! The location was fabulous and within walking distance to a train station. The inclusions with your stay were incredible..breakfast, late night ramen if you needed it, self serve drinks (alcoholic beverages included) afternoon tea plus every amenity you could possibly need. The bath was deep and perfect for soaking after a long day of walking. Play area for kids with soft toys and video games. Would 100% stay here again!

Love this place! Funky and incredibly cute rooms. It’s so great to have free drinks and food right on the premises. Have never stayed in a place that offers so many amenities. Will definitely come back.

Great location. The open bar and snacks were game changing.
