The staff were amazing - helpful, welcoming, and hard working to the point of seemingly being able to be everywhere at once. Large clean room with windows that opened to allow in the clean, fresh local air. Breakfast was small, but excellent, with buffet and made to order choices. The staff took care of ordering our tickets for the Fansipan funiculars, and cable car. Highly recommended!!

The location of the hotel is very convenient, the room is a bit old but clean. The staff are super nice and helpful. The breakfast is excellent with variety food.

The room was clean, western soft beds and good pillows. The amenities were clean with good water pressure and the included breakfast was great with a range of hot foods, fruits, breads and made to order eggs. The spa treatments were directly across the road, would highly recommend the Edan package.
