Everything was great especially the Onsen. Very relaxing with the view of the lake. So nice especially during dusk and dawn.
Staff were friendly and helpful. Only complaint is and it’s a big one (hence only 3 stars), the food at the buffet was seriously lacking.
Dinner was served from 5-7pm and by the time we arrived around 6pm, all the protein were gone and they were no longer bringing more out.
Staff said that they replenish it 3 times and that’s it. So what happens to people who arrive between 6 and 7pm? Did they not pay the same high premium rate as the others who arrived earlier???
Very bad for business and I’ll definitely won’t be going back. Proper food and shelter are basic needs. They need to change their stingy policy.

Excellent hotel with great services. Very comfortable room and good locations. Only one small thing that you need to keep in mind that the hotel is on top of the hill if you have a disability to walk steep hills, like me that I just had a surgery and unprepared for the steep walking. Other then that we were very happy with the hotel.

Great hotel on of a hill. There’s on site parking but a little scary to get to as it’s on a narrow path with not much light in the evening. Hotel offers free snacks during certain hours of the day & the onsen is available to use which is nice. Nice lake views from the hotel and rooms

Hotel and room are beautiful located on a hillside. Cocktail hour with food and drinks are awesome considering the hotel is not accessible to find your own food. Very romantic and quiet location for a chilled stay. Staff are very helpful and there are shuttle between the hotel and kawaguchiko station.

Fantastické We were pleasantly surprised by how lovely this hotel is. The staff are kind and courteous, the rooms and spaces are very nice. Overall it was a great experience.

Air con was good and the room was clean and tidy. Washroom at the front desk is very hi tech .

Das Personal ist eher unfreundlich, keinLächeln. Man hat den Eindruck, die warten einfach auf den Zahltag Ende Monat.
Das Buffet von 17:00 - 19:00 ist grundsätzlich gut, Essen und Wein! Leider wird ab ca. 18:30 das Buffet NICHT mehr nachgefüllt. Das erachte ich als ein NO GO!
