The manager Randy was amazing! As usual, the younger staff needs more training. Beware if you have a package for delivery, if they don’t find your name in the system they will decline the package.

The hotel was one of the best we have stayed in! Absolutely fantastic location by the lake, nice restaurants, shops and tram. The staff were super nice and courteous at reception, housekeeping, breakfast, and around the hotel in general. The breakfast was very wholesome and great variety of hot and cold foods and healthy options as well. We loved the option of having free drinks and goodies available through the day and happy hours with free snacks and drinks in evening. The facilities in the room has full kitchen, dishes, fridge, microwave, stove and pots and pans available. The room was quite large with enough space to work from there, relax and enough space to hang and store our clothes. I hate it when hotels don’t have enough closet space but this hotel was more than enough. The room was clean and they have light cleaning daily . Some may find the light cleaning option not enough but for us it was sufficient we felt and room felt clean and tidy. The hotel also has a full gym, bikes and umbrella available if I remember right and we were able to also use the safe in room. We stayed five nights and felt could have stayed longer given the excellent hotel. We are also members of the hotel points system which allowed us to also enjoy late checkout and staff were so kind and nice about it. A+ rating overall.

Very comfortable stay. The room was quiet even though the tram comes by outside every 10 mins. The breakfast was great. The location vis great. The best thing I can say is I would love to stay here again.

Very good location and is easy to go to anywhere in the city center. A free breakfast in there and a lot of choices you can choose.

Excellent property, well appointed and nice location. All was great EXCEPT our room had windows that would not open for ventilation and the Fred Flintstone bed and pillows did as you would expect, rock hard. Our staff person, Hossaam went above and beyond to help us. We were relocated to another room but the bed was still incredibly hard and uncomfortable. Hossaam arranged for a second “pillow topper “ bu try it did little to ease the discomfort of the hard bed. Imagine a foundation with a pillow topper. There you go. Very disappointing because everything and everyone one else no matter who we spoke to at whatever time of the day, was very friendly and helpful. We are unlikely to stay at one of these properties again unless we can be assured the bed issue is resolved. Other than that, great!

This was my best reservation in Europe. Staff was exceptional, food and room excellent. They took very good care of us.

Good nice clean room in central location. Breakfast is just ok as there are not many choices of food.

The staff was very welcoming and accommodating, the room was fantastic. Great selections at breakfast, "living room" space was very nice. Enjoyed our stay!

Clean room with all you need to cook. We asked for a baby cot and we had to chase for it. Hotel in really nice part of town - very safe and close to centre and transport. Breakfast is really good. Only thing to note is there is no housekeeping during the weekend which is not convenient when you are travelling with a small baby
