We had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The property is extremely old and poorly maintained. As soon as we entered the room, there was a terrible, overwhelming odor that made it unbearable to stay. There were flying insects in the room, which was unacceptable and made us feel very uncomfortable. The couches were visibly dirty, and the carpets were stained and in desperate need of deep cleaning or replacement. Because of the condition of the room, we were unable to stay the night as planned and had to leave. Overall, the hotel needs significant maintenance, better cleanliness, and improved pest control. Unfortunately, I would not recommend staying here.

The Ranadam in Niagara Falls was below standard. The carpet were old a dirty. The room was very dark. No fridge in room. You could rent one if you wish. You had to paid for parking, which was $25 per night.$ 11 dollar a day for amenities. The restaurant shop was very expensive and the service was terrible. Will not stay their again

We had a pleasant one-night stay with our young family of four. The facilities were clean and the staff was very friendly. The room itself was decent, and seemed to be quite clean overall. One thing we would have appreciated and found quite necessary would have been to have a mini fridge in the room, as well as the need for better lighting in the room, as it seemed a bit dim. The walk to Clifton Hill and the Falls was somewhat of a long walk if you are travelling with young children. However, for an adult, it’s generally fine in proximity. Overall, would rate it to a good place to stay.
