I would not stay here again. Needed and ordered 2 double beds - 2 adults and a young adult travelling. Go to the room and it’s 1 king and no couch. Haul everything back down and told me that all those rooms were sold out - no rooms with 2 beds - I ordered 2 double beds.. and he noted that he could do nothing for me. I was quite upset - asked him to book me at another hotel or I would call Expedia.. then he started offering me other rooms - a room with either 2 twins, or a large suite with a king and a pull out sofa double. Tell him I would sleep on the couch in this room —. We go back to the room, and …. To our surprise, 2 double beds. Why???? Why was he telling us lies and wasting our time at 1:30AM!! Furthermore, the front staff just could not care about anything.. no apology, nothing. Just a cold blank stare. Also no breakfast being served, and $xx for parking.. for a VERY expensive night, I have much higher expectations…. And the breakfast and parking fee were both not noted in the Expedia listing. Just a really really poor customer experience.

Room was clean and was well supplied coffee/tea keurig, towels, soaps, etc. Shower was great rainfall type, which was appreciated after a long day of traveling. Front counter staff was friendly and competent. Check in/out was easy and quick. Shuttle to yvr is free and easy to book at check in. Bed was comfortable enough, A/C is sufficient, but a bit noisy. Restaurant in hotel is a White Spot franchise, burger was good. Overall, I had a good hotel stay.

Our room had air conditioner inside but also had big main one outside which cut in and out all night - did not get any sleep. Gentleman at reception Wednesday morning did not want to help customers - hid in his office - while people were trying to hand in their keys and board shuttle to airport - he was very rude. Staff on Tuesday night to check in were lovely .

It was not made clear that the airport shuttle had to be booked 24 hours in advance. Uber was only $15 though so not a big deal
