This was my second stay at this hotel. The first time I was there, the bathroom wasn't clean. I didn't complain. My second, stay this past weekend, the bathroom again in a different room on a different floor was not clean. This time I complained and nothing was done. I had to clean the bathroom myself. Yes, I had to get the pink spray off of the housekeeper cart and toilet brush to scrub the bowl MYSELF. The sink had dried yellow spit in it and theres was dirt/hair all over shower. The tool they use to clean the shower/walls is a towel with a hole in the middle on a broom stick draping over broom bristles. They don't even have proper cleaning tools for the bathroom other than the toilet brush so no wonder the bathroom is always filthy. The location is great. Close to many shops/restaurants/fast food etc and free parking is amazing in Miami. Bedding was clean but be prepared to clean your own bathroom if you stay here!

The staff was wonderful; however, the hotel itself is very much a 3-star hotel. Not as clean and well-maintained as we would have liked/expected, but it worked for a last minute short-stay.
