The bathroom door wouldn’t stay open and there was no drain stopper in the sink making it hard to shave and the stopper in the tub didn’t work at all The staff in the bistro were constantly having loud conversations or arguments while we were eating breakfast The temperature in the room was always too hot or too cold. There must have been something wrong with the thermostat The remote for the TV was not properly responsive There was poor lighting in the room and very few outlets

The staff were polite and helpful. The property was clean but needs some TLC. Walls are a little thin so we heard lots of kids in the hallways. We didn’t try the cafe downstairs. Served our purposes for a one-night stay.

It was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The jacuzzi didn't work and our slider going out to the deck wasn't working properly. Was tough to open it and clise it. Also the curtain that covered the door was also tough to open and close. Other than that its a very nice Hotel

Very nice clean room. Great location. Staff overall wonderful with the staff at little cafe 5 stars. Never saw anyone who enjoyed their job so much.

Great staff, clean room, easy check in and parking, and close enough to Cleveland without having to be in the city. Staff was excellent. Even handled our watermelon incident with a smile! Haha

Everyone here was so nice. Room was comfy and clean. I'll be going back in my next visit to the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame.
