The hotel is small European style but comfortable and our room (we were 3) was a sufficient size and the bathroom also spacious. The insonorisation was not to par, we could hear people bustling in their wardrobe 😂But overall I fully recommend this hotel for it’s location (Metro in front) the many restaurants and the staff. Thank you so much Karin, Charlotte et M. Charles!

Could have been cleaner, the drain was blocked, there was hair on the towels, dusty curtains and pillows. Location is excellent and staff were helpful

Rooms are clean. Excellent location, right at Mouton Duvernet metro. We had a room with a sofa bed and second bed in a separate bedroom - ideal for families. Only issue - water pressure in shower was a bit weak in the mornings. Nonetheless, I would stay here again.

Clean hotel in a safe neighborhood. Metro station right in front. Rooms are bit tiny, had to move the bed in order to get to open my suitcase comfortably but room were clean.

For a 4 star rating, this hotel is disappointing. Dirty carpet in the hallways, staff did not leave coffee pods for machine in the room for 3 of the 5 nights we stayed there, just not the level one would expect of a 4 star hotel. Also, the toilet room has no ventilation and the overall size of the room barely allowed for a suitcase to be open.
On the positive side, some staff were nice and courteous, and location was good, just across the street from the Metro entrance. Good shower, good water pressure, good towel warmer and nice thick towels.

There are shops near by. The RER B is 5 minutes away. Theat train goes to the airport and Gare du Nord. It also has the metro 4 and 6 right across the street. There are plenty of places to eat close by. Everywhere we wanted to go was 20 minutes tops.
