Pod priemerom I would discourage anyone to stay at this hotel, it is massively overpriced for what it offers besides gorgeous views of Mt Fuji. You are dependent on very polite yet hard to understand staff for every move you make because they need to drive you to and from your room, you will be in an area far from any stores or restaurants and you will have to wait at least 20min for a taxi that will cost about $30 to $60 one way to get into a more populated area anytime you want a meal because the hotel is not an inviting place to stay. The room is beautiful yet the general facilities look run down. This is a great place to stay if you pay max $250 per night but they charge 3 to 4 times that price per night. We have a hard time understanding the positive reviews of this place. Again, the views are wonderful and the room is beautiful but to get in and out is a nightmare, and the price far out of proportion.

The room was amazing and Mt. Fuji was extremely visible from the room. The staff were so friendly and went above and beyond!
We only wish the activities, cafe were closer to the room or if they would shuttle you to the cafe. To many steps to deal with.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. The view of Mt Fuji was magnificent. Although the dining room was closed for renovation, the breakfasts and dinners were delicious, and delivered to our room. We could enjoy our meals looking at Mt Fuji from our deck or from the room itself. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

Fantastické I really enjoyed my stay with Hoshino Resorts. The facilities were well maintained, and the staff were incredibly kind and attentive. Whenever I needed assistance, they responded quickly and were very helpful, which made the whole stay feel relaxing and comfortable.

入住4天3夜是非常值得、非常棒的體驗
房間的景色100分，很幸運的入住4天得到滿滿的富士山
參加飯店自費的活動，非常滿意
唯獨因爲石油短缺，無提供房間陽台篝火有些失望（但也能夠體諒）
餐廳也剛好這段期間在整修，但是影響不大
服務人員非常親切、有禮貌
提出的需求也得到立即處理，非常感謝！
期待下次再訪
