Clean Room friendly staff we arrived around 930 and was able to also eat in the restaurant- good food. Breakfast was good with a good variety. Overall was happy with our choice and would recommend to others.m needing a place close to the airport.

Very convenient to air and ground transportation. Beautiful architecture. A delicious hot breakfast buffet is available and it starts at 5 am for early risers, and those with morning flights. Transport to the terminals is available for $7 CAD/person.

Best: an easy walk via link bridge from Terminal 2. (Go to Departures Zone G to follow signs.) Room was quiet, clean, decent sized. Only amenities shampoo and hand/body wash (bring your own lotion.) Dinner salad meh. Front desk staff loaned me a 3-prong because the room outlets only fit older iPhone plugs. A critical save! Allow 45 minutes if you are transferring to other terminals, and get a free ticket at the kiosk to pass through ticket gate. Ample staff answered my questions but sharing this in case no one is available to help other travelers.

Great for a stopover… everything went smoothly and an easy walk. The breakfast was surprisingly substantial so added to the excellent value

I booked a room with a sofa bed included as I was travelling with a 6 year old. Considering you have to put this information in when you book, I was not expecting to be asked if I wanted the sofa bed set up. The gentleman said he would arrange this but I still ended up having to contact the front desk to have this done an hour later. (It was past 9pm by this time).

Walkway from terminal 4 easy to find and follow. Check in/out was a breeze. Helpful staff and included breakfast was a great perk!
