Clean room, friendly staff, enjoyed the jacuzzi tub room and hot tub on site. Our room had a balcony and the free breakfast was good! 5 minutes from Walmart and Chick Fil A, it’s a great spot to stay downtown Branson!

So it's really clean but the room smelled like mildew . Not sure if it was the air conditioner or the jetted tub. Also very outdated as far as furniture and everything else. Bed was ok pillows were terrible. For 159.00 dollars I was hoping for a little nicer.

Clean hotel but very outdated and loud!! Main door into the building never locked. So found it to be not too safe.

Location is the general same as all the other hotels but it is close to the theater district. It is a nice property, well maintained and easy to get too. It is really nice having 2 pools and the breakfast is good as well.

Check-in was quick and easy, and the property is well maintained with a very nice exterior. While the interior is a bit dated, everything was clean and well cared for. The room was somewhat small, but everything was in good condition. The air conditioning worked great and kept the room nice and cool on a very hot summer day. My only real complaint was the shower, which had very low water pressure, even though we were staying on the first floor. Breakfast was served in Building 2, which was a bit of a walk from our room. There was a good variety of breakfast items available, but there were no dairy-free or alpha-gal-friendly options. Overall, the stay was pleasant, and I felt the price was fair for what was offered. I would consider staying here again.
