Could not fault the location, the room nor the staff. Ideal place to stay for an overnight if out and about in Glasgow. Extremely comfy bed, lovely room, brilliant breakfast and the most helpful staff ... we'll definitely be using thus hotel again !

Breakfast was one of the worst I've had. The rolls were stale and the sausages were the cheapest quality. The staff didn't seem to be able to answer any questions. The hotel itself was fine but I think I would avoid the breakfast next time.

Stayed for 3 nights. Unfortunately had to move room after first night due to having room with connecting door and a family with 2 young children who were quite noisy. Reception staff couldn't have been more helpful and moved us to another floor. Always stay at this hotel when we are in Glasgow.

Central location excellent. A very secure car park opposite the hotel. Breakfast included in price and quality was very good. Have used this hotel three times for visit and first rate.

The staff make the hotel, they're wonderfully kind and helpful. The rooms need a huge refresh, the black marks on the walls need to be painted. The taxi from the hotel to airport has raised to 39 pounds not 35 and the taxi company explained that the rates go up 1 pound per year. The mentioned business center should be taken out of the description, there's charging table, no computers or printers. Breakfast is good and the hotel is in a great location and quite walkable.

Room was very clean , and the bed very comfy . The little touches hand wash ,body was , shampoo conditioner and body lotion was lovely too. The breakfast was lovely. We didn't use the bar unfortunately how late we got back to the hotel we was too tired and just wanted sleep , which went undisturbed. Thank you so much . Definitely recommend this hotel

Hotel located in a good location for all the shopping streets and Queen Street Station. It was very clean and the staf were very friendly and helpful. There was a good selection for breaskfast
