The room and the property are fine. The issues we had was that I booked two nights in a row in 2 different reservations and highlighted that to the staff, who was polite but somehow did not program the key correctly. On the second day we went out, the key did not work. We had to go back to reception to re-program the key. When we got back in, the room was not made (we mainly just need a couple of towels). We called down and the a staff delivered the towels. But at 3 pm, someone tried to clean the room, by knocking on the door and immediately used their access key to open the door when we were taking a nap. I think the team did not communicate well with each other and things are not streamlined properly.

Always stay at this hotel when in Vienna . Friendly helpful staff , decent breakfast in a lovely restaurant. Train station just around the corner straight to the old town .

The hotel was clean and overall a good stay. However, for a 4-star hotel, I expected basic amenities like toothbrush, toothpaste, shaving kit, and slippers to be available in the room — but even upon request, they were not provided. The location is a bit far from the city center, but public transport access is reasonably good.*

The room was spotless and spacious. The food was great and so was the service. My only negative was the internet was very slow and I relied on my eSim travel for better bandwidth

The reception staff very poor,I asked for an airport transfer to be booked and it wasn’t,I requested an alarm call and that didn’t happen,Very poor service

Great room and staff. Good hairdryer and steamer! Important for business travel!
