I have been staying here multiple times per year since the hotel opened. It is my go-to Bangkok Soi 11 hotel in the middle of the tourist district. Fabulous restaurants abound within walking distance. The hotel shuttle to Sukhumvit restaurants, shopping, and mass transit options, is very convenient. Staff is very accommodating, welcoming, and remembers me!

Good and clean room but staff was OK,could not speak very good english so communication was hard. Location not the best, very noise and in a club neighborhood. Breakfast OK.

Check in was 3PM but my flight arrived very early. I asked front seat to hold on to my bags and the lady said I could check in early at 10AM. Very convenient location
