Great place to stay when visiting HK Disneyland. Staff are friendly. Not a lot of options for eating - we wanted just simple, but it’s more at the higher priced end of town. It’s fine, you can take a shuttle to the other Disney hotels and there are various options. Pool is excellent and has a water slide which is fun for all ages. The room is huge by HK standards. Beds were comfy and everything is super clean. Great shuttles between hotels every 30 mins and buses to the park every 10 mins. Loved the theming, but if we were coming back we’d probably try Explorers as it was next level! Happy to stay here again though.

Rooms, staff, the property itself all amazing. The property is 7mins away from disneyland. The food was amazing too but really expensive and lacked options. Family of 4... breakfast $215 AUD... yes the buffet was brilliant... we ventured to the resort next door to eat breakfast as they had a cafe and more affordable options. As an adult you need to budget $220+ a day to eat 3 meals at hollywood disney or venture next door to the lodge resort where you can buy meals and sandwhiches from $10-$30 per meal

Hong Kong Disneyland Resort Hotels suggest that travelling guests bring their own toiletries to participate in the “reduce plastic” initiative and help minimize the use of disposable plastic products. For Guests staying at Disney's Hollywood Hotel, Guests can purchase a toiletries set (for 4 guests) at the Hotel Front Desk at HKD$40 upon check-in. The in-room plastic-bottled water are replaced with filtered water dispensers. Disney’s Hollywood Hotel will start exterior renovation works by phases from Nov 2024 and the work will last for approximately 14 months.
