This hotel was truly wonderful. The rooms were clean, and the staff was both amazing and incredibly helpful. I also thoroughly enjoyed exploring the hiking trails that bordered the river.

Awesome ryokan located in a super cool spot in Kinugawa. Our room was large and had a great view of the suspension bridge going over the river. The room smelled like hay but I think that was from the new tatami mats in our room, which for that reason I don’t mind. Hotel is old but extremely clean and well-maintained. Onsen is great and there are also private baths available for rental. This is my second time staying here and I would 100% stay again in the future.

Had our own onsen in our suite. Kaiseki breakfast and dinner was excellent along with friendly staff. Location right next to suspension bridge, excellent coffee across the street at Luna. We rented a car, hotel had free parking across the street.

I loved the private onsen and the ryokan stay. The buffet was also excellent. The hotel provides yukata robes to wear while you’re walking around the hotel. We also had a great view of the suspension bridge from my room.

Room little dated but extremely spacious, and very clean. Only comment is lack of USB port. Buffet was adequate but missing the ‘wow’ factor. Property was little far from train station, I think it would be much convenient if the shuttle will bring guess back to hotel instead of just one way to the train station.

I want to start this review off by saying, I WILL be back. My stay at this hotel was almost dreamlike. It's something that I don't want to forget. The room was prepared perfectly, and the service was a 10/10. The breakfasts dinners that were prepared were unique and delicious all around. The staff was kind. I think this hotel and the surrounding town were the perfect getaway from the fast city life. It really gave me time to relax
