The property was perfect. Clean, well maintained and the staff was kind and always ready to help. The only thing we had to watch the charges on our bill. For some reason they were charging an extra $10 a day for Valet parking. They were apologetic and fixed the problem daily.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our 5 day stay here. The hotel is in a perfect location in the middle of cannery row with just a short walk to the Monterey Bay Aquarium and several outstanding restaurants. The deck overlooking the bay with comfortable seating and fire pits was a favorite spot of ours. We saw sea otters and sea lions in the bay and found it difficult to leave to continue our trip. We are already planning to come back next June! Book it you will love the hotel!

The spa is wonderful and the massage therapists are top notch. The staff is very helpful and accommodating. The food in the restaurant is decent but not gourmet. When we were there we sat outside by the fire pits and it would’ve been nice to have some cushions on the seats.
