I felt like I was walking g into a five star hotel! The staff was so nice and helpful and booked me a car to the airport right away. I had to turn the air conditioning down because it worked so well the room was cold! Although the room was small, just as advertised, it was perfect for me. Very clean. The shower was awesome with both a hand and rain shower heads and plenty of pressure and the towels were huge and fluffy. Had a n espresso maker for an early morning. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit. It’s close to everything! Walked everywhere. Tons of restaurants, bars theater and shopping.

We booked a “studio apartment“ on Expedia. The listing made no mention that our room was not in the hotel but in fact around the corner on Greek Street in a separate building with no lift and very steep stairs. Our room was 701 on the 3rd floor. Our friends had booked the same type of room but on the 1st floor. On arrival, the window was open (albeit boiling outside) - the room was so hot we had to do a quick turn around and leave. We closed the window put off a large fan that was on and put the air conditioning up full blast. We then went out and came back 2 hours later hoping the room had cooled down. It hadn’t. The a/c unit was clearly not working properly. Uninhabitable. The hotel must’ve known this hence the fan blasting - the temps had been high in London for a week before we arrived. The suite itself wasn’t a suite but rather a small room with a small sink and had seen better days. Our friends on the first floor had a bigger room and air conditioning that worked. We had to leave as there were no alternative rooms, even though we had all booked to be together. We found a hotel with working a/c 15 minutes walk away. This took up hours of our day and made our trip clunky since we had to split up. Mimi’s agreed to refund two nights but on reflection they should have refunded all three given we couldn’t have stayed a single night. We had already wasted part of our day and were too hot and tired to argue further, so we accepted. All in, a terrible experience.

Fantastic stay. The staff were incredibly helpful, polite and kind, especially when I had a small issue with a bag, which turned out to be entirely my own fault. The room was very small, so you do need to be prepared for that, but it was extremely comfortable and ideal for a short stay. The air conditioning was exceptional, which made a huge difference, and despite being right in the centre of Soho, the room was wonderfully quiet at night. The bar was also very reasonably priced for tea and coffee, and they made a fantastic espresso. I have no complaints at all. It is a great choice if you want somewhere central, comfortable, quiet and easy. I would definitely stay again.

Very central to everything- small room and beds are ok not super comfortable however being right next to the train and walking distance to alot of great shops and restaurants made it great.

Great hotel, friendly staff and centrally located. Decent ironing boards are about the only thing they’re lacking

I was catfished. We walked in the room and immediately laughed, the room was the size of a closet. Not even a hobbit could walk in the room without bumping into walls. Could barely fit 3 suitcases in the room. You are better off doing an Airbnb for 160 a night. Staff was nice and room was clean however I find it impossible it is legal to have these mini windowless dungeons on the market.

Excellent bed, great wet room, reliable aircon. Perfect for a short central stay.
