Ambiance was luxury. Staff members were pleasant and helpful. Rooms were very clean. The only negative I have is there was no microwave available to patrons to reheat food.

Great staff and dining. Nice pool area. The only negative is limited elevator access if there is high occupancy or a major event downtown.

Check in girl was great! Valet was nice and fast.. only thing I felt bad for the bartender by the pool.. there’s bees swarming around while she makes drinks.. I will definitely stay there again! Decor was amazing as well..

Staff and amenities provided were great, biggest drawbacks were the bass coming from the pool lounge throughout most of the day and being woken up by doors slamming in the middle of the night. Dinner and Breakfast were great but there were items missing from our breakfast order (ordered room service).

The check-in was perfect, the Hostess shared information about the area events and attractions. Breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were top of the line. The hotel is centrally located and close to restaurants and lake Eola. Perfect for walking. We will be back.
