Great stay in the centre of Naples. Room was excellent in every way and good size with excellent AC. Only minor issue no coffee / tea making facility. Breakfast was great with good choice. Would recommend this hotel for a relaxing stay after a day in bustling Naples or beyond.

First time in Naples and this hotel was so lovely and clean. Perfect location and the staff were so helpful. The rooms were a great size. Only downside, there are no coffee facilities in the room. But we were out exploring all the time so wasn't a problem. There are coffee shops within a 2 minute walk.
It's central to all attractions and easy to get around by walking.
Yes there are the occasional homeless people hanging around out the front, but this is everywhere in Naples. This is not just this hotel! One of the days the litter bins across the road were full, but they got emptied. I never once felt unsafe around the hotel.
I'd highly recommend this hotel.

Room very comfortable and quiet. No electric kettle, no room service or food delivery. Neighborhood is colorful but full of garbage, careless motorcyclists, and cigarette smoke. Hard to find nutritious meals.

Fantastické Close to shopping, friendly staff. I didt try the breakfast other than the coffee but it looked amazing. Spacious and clean rooms. Would stay again!

Very nice and polite staff. Convenient location, but no public transportation in close proximity. Good breakfast, but served in a very dark, small, and gloomy room. Amazing shower, but very sleepery floor. A lot of steps to get into hotel, no banisters, nobody offered help with a luggage. In front of the hotel are 4-5 benches where constantly are sitting very strange people. They look like bomges or alcoholics. Some of them eating, drinking alcohol, and smoking weed.
Do not even think to walk from the train station to the hotel! Half of the way you are going through big groups of an immigrants who does not look very friendly and asking for money or trying to sell you something. Taxi should not cost you more than 15 euro. If drivers ask for more -negoshiate.
