Had a great stay with a wonderful view! Breakfast was available every morning and staff came to clean everyday. Had a room with a kitchenette/living room and a separate bedroom.

I stayed here with my family over Memorial Day weekend in a studio suite with a kitchen and a sofa bed. Unfortunately, our experience was marred by some maintenance issues: - The Sofa Bed: It was in terrible condition and desperately needs to be repaired or replaced. It was completely unfit for use. - Bathroom: The lock on the bathroom door was broken. - The Elevator Failure: On our very first morning, the elevators stopped working entirely. In a 40-story building, this was a logistical nightmare. Guests—including ourselves on the 27th floor and many from even higher floors—were forced to take the stairs just to get to breakfast or check out with heavy luggage.

El lugar está muy bien ubicado, en el mejor sector de Chicago a una cuadra de Michigan Avenue, el costo-beneficio tomado en cuenta la ubicación es muy bueno, más aún para esta época del año. Tuve problemas con el internet, la señal en la habitación era muy baja y se cortaba con freciencia, esto ocasionó que no pueda trabajar con fluidez. El desayuno es muy básico, sin embargo está incluido dentro de la tarifa, por lo que no espero que sea mejor.
