From the moment we walked in the front door we met with courteous, friendly and helpful staff who spoke excellent English. They were extremely responsive with any question or request we had. The entire facility was very clean including the room and nice large bathroom. The large window opened out onto the piazza which was lovely. Breakfast included with the room was amazing! Full buffet with everything you might think of to eat. The staff for breakfast were also very courteous and responsive. An excellent place to stay, centrally located to just about everything you want to see in Florence. Highly recommend this Hotel.

Breakfast was delicious each morning. The place is stylish and comfortable. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Great central location next to everything! Only downside was not many outlets for charging. Otherwise 100/100!

I would not class this as a 4 star hotel at all it is more like a 3 star using the nice lobby of the sister hotel adjoining.
The room was clean and basic but incredibly small . I should have checked the actual room size prior to booking but it is extremely compact and had no space for suitcases . The shower was incredibly difficult to use due to the incredibly small size for reference im 5 ft 4.
The staff were really kind, courteous and friendly. Always happy to help with any enquiries.
The breakfast was lovely and very accommodating for people with allergens.
Overall an okay stay just wish the room and shower had more space .

Staff is courteous, room is very clean. Shower was so small i was bumping into corners to just turn around- and I am a small woman. Breakfast is absolutely delicious. I do not recommend this hotel to light-mid sleepers. The room is not sound proof at ALL. I could hear every single word the guests in the room next to me were saying and they were speaking at a normal volume. I could hear them turn on the sink or flush the toilet. I am a light sleeper and this went on until 2am and I had to be up at 7am to leave for my flight. I was really upset but didn't complain because I could tell they were not being loud- it is the rooms.
