DobreZostal/a som s rodinou
The place was very clean especially the bathroom. The staff is friendly.
The only thing is when I entered the room it seems stuffy. I kept on sneezing. Maybe the room hasn't been occupied for a while.
Also, using a brighter sheet cover will be better than dark.

The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly, and Tomoe, the manager, is an incredibly hard Worker, keeping everything clean and organized. She was very helpful during our stay. The hotel is super close to the train station, making it easy to get to destinations like Akihabara and the Imperial Palace, and to the station to transfer to the Shinkansen trains.

The staff and cleanliness are fantastic as expected of a Japanese hotel. The room is well equipped and very clean but we went in a rainy week and the stair leading up to our room is not covered by a roof and a bit dangerous for kids and those carrying a large luggage.

The room was very dirty from sheets to the bathroom. There was a weird smell from the start of our stay. And they started to paint the hotel which gave me and my partner a horrible headache. There were stains on the shower curtain and the wall next to our bed.

All staff were very helpful, didn’t realise we were getting breakfast so bonus there , only toast juice and tea/coffee but that was fine.
Close to train station and some nice eating close by.

The room felt small, but we were also overpacked. The Japanese style room was very cool to stay in. Everything we needed was in the room.

The room is super clean. The staff is super friendly spoke very good English. Very helpful and always on top of everything. Breakfast is very basic. I didn’t eat there. Laundry facility was OK. The dryers are kind of broken. I only found one that worked took me forever to dry my clothes, but other than that, I had an excellent day and I really enjoyed the staff.
