This was a quick overnight stay before heading to the airport the next morning. The staff was super helpful and accommodating to our slightly early arrival. There was excellent communication prior to our arrival and during our stay. The room was super cute and comfortable, and the fridge was stocked with water (that you had to pay for, but nice to have the option). Overall, I would recommend this place.

I would have appreciated more assistance with my baggage, considering the fact that I was placed on the fourth floor with no elevator and I requested assistance in advance. They did not provide clear instructions for gaining entry to the property. The condition of the fourth floor apartment is not great. There is considerable water damage on the ceiling and walls in two of the three bedrooms, which clearly need to be repaired. Also, one of the bedrooms did not have AC, which means two of my children had to share a room. This is not what we were expecting, nor what we paid for. Also, if anyone has balance issues, the 4th floor apartment flooring is not level, so that may pose a problem for you.

Located in near downtown with plenty of shopping & dining options nearby. Easy access to taxis. Stairs only so travelling with family & luggage needs some efficient packing.

We loved this cute hotel, it was good value for our stay. It was clean and the staff was great. We especially liked the kitchen and garden area. It was a bit far from all the restaurants, bars and sights so we did a LOT of walking to central Lisbon when we stayed here.

We loved everything about our stay. The staff was amazing, the room was comfortable and they had a charged kitchen which was amazing to store our babies food and wash his dishes. I strongly recommend staying there.

So happy I selected this property. Very quiet and helpful staff. So happy the desk is staffed very late into the night. Beautiful outdoor seating area. Useful kitchenette on the reception level for basic needs. Very walkable to the main area of town, one straight shot through commercial area. Lots of restaurants and shops along the way. Enjoy

Nos encantó este lugar para hospedarnos, céntrico, agradable, MUY LIMPIO , acogedor, muy cerca del Metro, Supermercados, restaurantes y tiendas. Tienen nevera pequeña en la habitación para guardar cosas de frío, cafetera con café y Té. Tienen el detalle de guardarte tu equipaje si llegas más temprano de la hora del checking. Sin duda volveremos!!!✨
