The Radisson in Colorado Springs needs some serious attention. I would start with shampooing all the carpeting. The carpet in our room was disgusting. Our room also had a funky smell. The breakfast was sufficient, but they ran out of food an hour before it was supposed to finish. There is small items of trash everywhere on the outside of the building. Will not be returning.

The hotel has a great free breakfast buffet with plenty of options, some of which are available daily while others vary from day to day. There is a nice, large dining area. I like this hotel because it is smaller in comparison to other hotels in the area which, because I travel alone, gives me a sense of safety. Also, the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Decent hotel, but check-in was very slow. The paper breakfast vouchers feel outdated. It was difficult to find and get to my room because the layout and wayfinding are confusing. The hotel could use some updates, and there was an unpleasant smell in some areas.

Nice room, bed was ok nothing special, breakfast was great! Maid service was non existent. Had to ask for clean towels. That may have to do with we didn't leave the room until after 11:00am each day, but the third day the maid cart was at our door when we left. Still did not service the room. Would stay again.

Really nice pool although we didn’t get to use it, just got there too late and left too early. 25 hr fitness center, buffet breakfast, property well kept and room was spacious. Only oddity was the shower head was rather low. Fine for me, we are not tall but could see that might be an issue for taller people!?
