Nice location and views from the 15th floor. But the parking was $40 per night that was disappointing. The mini refrigerator froze everything we had which was sad, and the front desk never picked up the calls from the room. The toilet had trouble flushing all the way. Could not get Hilton Honor points because I booked through Expedia.

El Hotel le falta una buena remodelación, principalmente en los baños. Habitaciones espaciosas y cómodas. El personal en general podría ser más amable. Tiene buena ubicación, estacionamiento caro.

Everything was good about the facility. About the Airlines I’m not happy. Why do you choose airlines that make me pay so much for carry on and not telling me until the last minute? It looks like scam. From Volaris and now frontier? I want to know in advance next time otherwise I may not choose your services for my vacation choice.
