Fantastické Clean and comfortable in the heart of downtown Sidney. Decor was a bit tired - but this is reflected in the rate, our room for a family of 4 was excellent value in an excellent location only a 5 min walk from the Opera House and downtown.

Skvelé would of liked to see some handicap accessible rooms on the property, we were told that there none available for one of party who was in a wheelchair. otherwise excellent stay. we had a door that would stick and then when the door released it would slam shut and make a very loud banging noise.

The noise was horrible. Also multiple people slipped on the rooftop deck. They should get some lights on the stair in the middle of it.

The room was very clean. The only thing was the shower was over the bath and the staff were very good, they changed our room to a disability bathroom no trouble at all. It was on the same floor. It was perfect. The staff were so helpful. We only had breakfast the once but it was very nice.

This hotel is in the best location if you are visiting Sydney. Terrific views from rooftop pool. Breakfast is excellent and staff are very friendly. It badly needs to be renovated. We'll come again when this work is done.

The staff where awesome and the helpful. Super close to Circular Quay. Older hotel that is slightly pricey and needs some minor repairs but all and all great place to stay.
