The room was very clean and tidy with towels refreshed and rubbished removed daily. The internet connection was very intermittent which also effected the TV.

There’s no air conditioning in the rooms, only 1 unit in the living room. Can see property is outdated and needs refurbished and cleaning. Room service did not clean the room properly. Location is pretty convenient.

spacious unit but missing the a few things to make it a good home away from home. The kitchen is not well equipped. We could not cook ahead because there were not storage containers. Beds were uncomfortable, worn out mattresses.

Location was good. Very convenient to walk to Victoria market within 10 mins. Supermarkets and decent food chains were also nearby. However, checking in was bad as my flight arrived in the late evening after the regular office hours. I was left outside with my luggage in the rain even though there were staff at the reception who saw me waving outside the password-guarded glass doors. I was only let in by a guest who was also staying at the hotel.

Initial room was incredibly noisy (next to generator room) and I had to change to another one. Waited for over 3 hours in the lobby for a new room. Btw people in the opposite rooms can directly look into your room! No private unless you close curtains. WiFi is terrible! Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc ONLY if you login using the tv with your own passwords, but how secure is it for saved passwords? On the 11th floor my mobile reception was also bad. Moved to another hotel after 2 days!

This is a great place to stay in Melbourne. You are close to the tram network and one street over to the Queen Victoria markets. Would definitely stay here again. Was travelling with a friend and we got a 2 bedroom apartment for a really good price. The common area was very roomy and had everything we needed in the kitchen.

Staff was friendly, inside the hotel was clean and room was clean and roomy. Its a beautiful hotel apartelle, just hope they clean outside the hotel too. The window glass i think need to be clean on daily basis. The entrance of hotel need to be polished or clean ( the glass door)to attract more guests. Other than that 100 percent recommend. Hotel is close to everything.

Staff at reception was not friendly or helpful. Strict about check in time, didn’t let us in even for an hour earlier. We were so tired after a long flight from Canada. They made us waited in the lobby till 3pm. Also, they did not provide slippers because of our room was not “luxury” enough… only gave us one pair after I promised to give them a review. We stayed for four nights and couldn’t get two pairs for two people?! Yes, here is the true reviews!
