The overall property is very impressive; however, the guest rooms require more attention and maintenance. Fixtures such as curtains, door handles, wardrobes, and soap dispenser stands need critical care and improvement. On a positive note, the restaurant staff and food were outstanding and truly the highlight of our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the dining experience. I would like to especially mention the warm welcome extended by your restaurant manager, Vikram, who is extremely polite and humble. Vaishali prepared and served the best tea we had during our trip. Chef Sainath and his team were excellent—courteous and helpful in preparing and serving delicious food, along with great recommendations. Server Valmik also did an excellent job.

We loved our stay at the Gateway from the beginning to the moment we left. We arrived very early and were given a complimentary early check in at 9am. Our room was extremely clean, large and with a lovely balcony area. All of the team were fabulous from front of house to the chef, maitre’d and security, they could not do enough for us to make our stay a memorable one. The pool area is huge and very clean and I had a great massage. The breakfast and buffet dinner are fabulous as is the Chinese restaurant We left very early and when we got into our car to the airport at 5.45am, we discovered two bags with a packed breakfast. We would have no hesitation in recommending to family and friends.

Excellent property. Very courteous staff, several nice dinning options. SAINATH RATHODE is excellent at his position. Always checking on the guest for their needs. Talk to Sainath for local recommendations.

We had a very enjoyable stay in a well appointed garden facing room. The swing in the patio was an added bonus. Very friendly staff and we were greeted upon our arrival and the check in process was very efficient. We used hotel provided transportation to visit nearby attractions and our driver Manoj was very knowledgeable and explained many things (variety of plants, local industry etc.) on the way to our sightseeing locations. At the breakfast we had great service from Mr.Valmik and the chef Mr.Sanath. I highly recommend this hotel.

Very bad service. There was a wedding in the premises and so the entire bar and restaurant staff were busy with that. The bartender wasnt there and the guy gave us some vague drink after 1 hr and we skipped food. Spoit the enture evening.
