The hotel in itself was not an issue. It was the fact that no where whilst booking, did it indicate that contrary to advertised. On a Sunday there is no restaurant, no bar, no room service and the advertised minibar was there but empty not even a bottle of water. So for a traveller arriving tired thirsty and hungry, it was a disastrous stay.

Rooms were clean. Lucy and her colleague at the reception desk were incredibly patient and helpful. Breakfast was ample. Wish the bar was open every night.

We had a three day break in Reims staying at this hotel. The location was quiet and only a couple of minutes walking distance from the city centre. The room was quiet and comfortable, unfortunately the bath had a few hairs in it on arrival, although nothing terrible. The toilet lids - please get soft close lids ! Towels and bedding were spotless. The restaurant was excellent for breakfast and dinner and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Friendly welcome and excellent location, only problem could be lack of space in the carpark but there is public multistorey a hundred metres further along the road.
