Staff was friendly but not helpful. Staff at front desk gave wrong address to taxi driver and we ended up being late for our appointment.

Centrally located, close to the train station and an easy walk to most of the attractions. Room was a little tired and cramped. Overall a good functional hotel and perfect for a weekend break if you get it at the right price.

I was there with family. We had a good time. Spa and swimming pool was nice. Beds was comfortable. Breakfast was excellent.

Nice hotel with good breakfast in a good location. The only negative point, and a key point to note if you want a hotel with a pool, is that there is an additional charge each time to use the pool which is in the small print. When I raised this with Hotels.com they took a long time to find it in the hotel's small print and agreed that this was very poor of the hotel.

Very busy hotel, but staff were friendly and helpful. Great location close to central station. Beautiful park right across the street. Easy walking distance to Gamla Stan and the harbour. Our room was nice and had a view of that park but disappointing that we specifically booked a Family Room (well in advance) and got a deluxe twin with a cot for our son. We paid for a family room and I questioned it, but was told we got upgraded and honestly l didn’t feel like arguing, so took the room as is. I wish hotels would honour the reservation as booked. I cared more about comfortable bedding than a view. Anyway- would recommend but would suggest confirming room type prior to arrival to make sure you actually get what you paid for.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was disappointing. The rooms are quite average and do not include basic amenities such as slippers. Housekeeping failed to clean my room during my stay, and when I reported it to reception, I was simply told they would make a note of it and have the room cleaned the following day. As the following day was my check-out, this did not resolve the issue. There was also inconsistent communication regarding breakfast. The day before, I was informed by reception that in-room breakfast was available and that I simply needed to order and pay for it on the main floor. The following morning, however, I was told that in-room breakfast was not available at all. While most of the staff were polite, I had an unpleasant interaction with one member of the reception team, who came across as unfriendly and unhelpful. Overall, the level of service fell well below expectations. Unfortunately, I would not choose to stay here again.

Have stayed here a few times and unfortunately it has lost its shine, little bit run down, rooms are not very modern, the breakfast has gone from fantastic to average. The reason we booked Sign was to use the pool but it was faulty and not open so not a great experience. The staff is really friendly so that's a plus.

Got horrible sleep in this room. The sheets were not breathable at all. The rooms were cold and there was no way to have this adjusted so mix a cold room with sheets that made you sweat but didn’t really keep you warm , it was a horrible disaster. As someone coming from another country I only totaled about 4 hours of sleep in 3 days . The hotel also wasn’t very accommodating when it came to early check in. It was a very basic stay and not truly worth the money but the location was fine. Just wish it had a bit more to offer or at least some comfort to offer .
