Our first experience with this hotel was highly disappointing. Upon arrival, we were checked into a room that was already occupied by other guests—and we noticed several other parties facing the exact same issue that night. While the front desk receptionist was incredibly nice and tried her best, the management and overall first-night experience were terrible.

It was really nice but checking in took 20 min. And later that same day some ppl where entering our room and we had to go downstairs to see wat the problem was.. Apparently we weren't already checked in and they tried to give our room away, at the end it was resolved but it was still irritating. The breakfast was great but more seasoning please. Also the pay for parking was ridiculous 🙄 The bartender was great though. All in all a great stay minus the mishap.

The hotel (stay) was really great. We stayed for 3 nights. When our room key did not work and we had to go to the front desk we had to wait 30 minutes, as several guests were checking in and only 1 person was at the front desk.

Let’s start off with I didn’t get the suite I paid for due to a broken pipe. I wasn’t notified until check in. Parking was terrible. The lounge was the highlight of the stay the bartenders are cool people. Housekeeping service is scheduled for every other day. Personally I’ll never book here again
