Rooms can be a little unkept. Our hotel door looked like it had been to hell and back. Internally the room was fine, not super luxurious but perfectly fine. Beds comfy and nice view of the lake. The main standout features of this hotel for us are the pool and the breakfast. Location, rooms, facilities and service do not reflect the high price we paid ($1,200 for 4 nights). No other major complaints and if the price was better we would stay again.

Free breakfast buffet very delicious 😋 and clean rooms with microwave and cups an bowls love the atmosphere was perfect for our big family has everything we needed 😀 will be coming back in future 😀 bestest one so far.

Unaware that an event had sold out literally every single room in the city of Townsville, I had to pay $1000 for the night. Now I understand supply and demand but it was simply unethical to charge anybody for such a terribly maintained room. The bed was missing a leg which made it tip up and wobble constantly (impossible for previous cleaners not to notice so no excuse for it to be like that) a toilet that whistled the entire night as it leaked faster than the cistern could fill. Had to manually fill the cistern with cups of water from the sink to be able to flush. When I checked in the staff were quite pleasant but repeated several times that this was literally their last room so once I discovered these problems I knew there was no point complaining because there would be nothing they could do. I would have slept in my car but had my child with me so accepted that $1000 was the price I had to pay for his safety. Honestly, I wouldn’t pay even $100 to stay there and if I knew what it was like first I probably would have chosen to sleep in my car with my child after all. Extremely disappointed.

3rd time i have stayed here, whilst passing through Townsville

This venue is currently undergoing renovations and so to get to our room we had to navigate around various painting paraphernalia. However, once at the room we couldn't have been happier. It was super clean, modern and well appointed. The bed was perfect. Highly recommended, and it will only get better once the renovations are completed.

Not enough lighting around the grounds to get to room

Great room and location for quick overnight stay.

Everthing was perfect and will definitely stay again .
