Better pricing

Parking is not free and shared with a Dennis breakfast place. The hall was dirty and smelled, the stairwell smelled of weed. The breakfast lady was rude and ended breakfast 30 minutes early.

My son requires medication that needs to be refrigerated. We checked the mini fridge upon our arrival. It wasn’t working. We tried fixing it ourselves and couldn’t so we called the front desk. They advised us to do what we already tried doing and give it 30 minutes to kick in. Luckily, my in laws also had a hotel room and their refrigerator worked so we put my son’s medication in there for the time being. We checked again. Still not working. Then in the morning, we told the front desk again and they promised to swap it out sometime during the day. THEY NEVER DID! Their solution was to bring my son’s medication to their fridge. No thanks. I’m not trusting my son’s medication with anyone. Think again if you have a child that requires refrigerated medication!

Breakfast needs improvement. Room ac needs dust cleaning and is too loud. Bathroom exhaust too loud. Overall is ok for a quick stay!

The hotel was great except for the management. We went down for breakfast before we left and I understand they were busy but the one poor girl who was trying to keep it stocked was just overwhelmed yet she kept her composure and kept smiling. I asked a young man who was just outside the dining area if he could clean a table and his answer was I’m housekeeping that’s kitchen so I was able to get the young lady to give me a towel to clean it myself which I had no problem doing seeing she was busy. I went to the front to do my check out and the manager was standing at the counter and I told him that they should be helping that poor girl out because things are out and she can’t keep up and his answer was we rotate out to help her and I’ve been here since 5 am which he made sure to mention many times. As a operations manager which he said many times as his title I wouldn’t let manage a ant farm for me.

Great stay. The shuttle to six flags would have been helpful but wasn’t running when we came. Otherwise it was great.

Decent place to stay for 2-nights but don't expect anything fancy. Breakfast was decent as well, nothing exciting. Perfect place to stay if you're on a budget.

Great breakfast! Needs to be cleaned more frequently (carpets, elevator, main area)

Best Western is located right off Highway No.5 and its perfect for restaurant dining and Store shopping. The Inn has so many parking spaces and it's totally clean around the building. The folks and staff are kind, friendly and so very helpful, they are the best and we will be staying there again in the future. Excellent Pepe Juarez
