Amazingly helpful staff- 10/10. Room size was fantastic for NYC at this price point. Room and lobby were very clean. I will say that the shower controls are a little wierd- it would be helpful to be able to see which direction was hot. I'm unsure what the resort fee is for- this hotel doen't have resort amenities. That being said, though, will definitely stay here again.

Unfortunately when I checked in, the first room i walked into wasn’t clean. The second room they gave me smelled like smoke. Then the third room was fine. I will say the staff was super nice and handled this well. Good location if you want to be near Times Square. Rooms very small but NYC. Could use some updates.

We spent 5 nights at Aura and couldn’t have been happier with the overall experience. The front end staff was polite and gracious. They assisted quickly when we had a small issue with our bathroom. And the cleaning staff was kind and did a thorough job each day with our room. It’s a great location if you’re visiting NY for theater too. We’ll definitely stay here again.
