The room only had two single beds and a pull-out bed in the living area. This was not suitable, as I had clearly stated that four people would be staying. Had I known that the third bed was an uncomfortable pull-out sofa bed, I would not have booked this accommodation. The air conditioning was not working, making the room very uncomfortable. There was also building work taking place, with loud drilling continuing late into the evening and again early the following morning. In addition, the toilet had a very unpleasant smell throughout our stay. The check-in process was also extremely poor. I was required to pay the city tax, but reception repeatedly told me my card payment had failed. They attempted to process my card five separate times, and although they insisted no payments had gone through, the transactions were taken from my account. I then tried other cards, but they claimed those were not working either. The following morning, the payments were refunded, and I had to pay the city tax again. Reception apologised and explained that the issue had been caused by a problem with their payment connection. Overall, I am very disappointed with my stay. The only positive aspect was the hotel’s location, which was why I chose it as it was close to the concert venue. Unfortunately, that convenience did not make up for the poor standard of the accommodation and the issues we experienced.

Nice clean room with recent renovations. NO AIR CONDITIONING! It was very warm and we were provided a fan to assist but still too warm to sleep comfortably until early am.

This whole place is like a rat trap. It felt like 1960 Russia I would not recommended. The bed had a dip in the middle the TV are the size of 1970 black and white. Just not the place I would recommend

Great location, friendly staff, comfortable beds, good size of the 1-bedroom unit ( we also had a big balcony).

Our apartment was older but well kept. It had everything you need, the only thing that would be nice to have is air conditioning, but at least we could leave the windows open on the 6th floor. The area was quite central and a short walk to many dining options.

Wouldn’t stay here again. Would say it’s 2 star at best. Room very small and old. Mould in bathroom, bad smell in separate toilet with no ventilation. Shower very weak. No air conditioning so very warm. Sofa bed for the children hard and uncomfortable. Photos make it look deceptively modern.

Good location. Very good breakfast. Close to metro and other dining options. Would highly recommend to others.
