We stayed 3 nights, they never did the room during our stay. They didn't change the towels. For a family of 4, we almost run out of toilet paper. The elevator took a while to get up to the 3rd floor when we left with our luggages (like 10-15 minutes for a 4 floor hotel). Perhaps, it was very close to disney (like a 30 minutes walk) so it's totally possible to go by walk and save on parking fees. There is a lot of uber riding to disneyland and the room was clean and confortable. Globally we enjoy our stay.

The pool is amazing and the courtyard is beautiful. A little work on the rooms would make this 10x better than it is.

The room was clean. The whole property is a little rundown, so the room was a little rundown also. But it was clean. The light by the bed didn't work, it flickered so much you couldn't read by it. The pool is very nice but not enough chairs and lounges around it. Landscaping on the property is very nice. The room fan was on and it was very pleasant. Kept the room cool without being too cold. Beds were comfortable. Staff at front desk was very nice. Good value for the price.
