Water spills all over the floor when showering. Very dangerous if you slip. Almost fell few times. No international sockets. This expected of 4 star hotel. There is only one in the bathroom and it did not work.

Mediocre business hotel close to Parque das Naçoes. Spacious rooms and good views, but the rooms themselves are in need of a refurb. Ok for one night stay for an early flight in the morning due to closeness of airport. My experience of the reception staff was indifference, and they could work on their welcome and friendliness.

I had a wonderful and very restful night at this hotel with a beautiful view to the sea. Breakfast was a good choice to have. I would definitely come back for a longer stay to enjoy more the hotel amenities.

Bathroom shower spills into floor and it pools on the opposite side where the drain is located. Other than that, room was good, close from multiple restaurants and convention center.

This hotel was perfect for sleeping. The room had proper black out curtains and there was minimal ambient lights in the room. Also the hallway was carpeted and so it was very quiet.

The hotel was conveniently located near the metro. Clean and comfortable room. Walking distance to the wonderful Expo '98 area where there was beautiful scenery and excellent dining choices. Great choice! RRR, Florida, USA

Staff was not helpful with a few inconveniences. AC did not work, room was extremely uncomfortable. Elevators were terrible. Bed wasn’t great. Ordered a room with breakfast through Expedia, upon check in we were told that breakfast wasn’t included, then told us to call Expedia. No… you call Expedia and sort it. We paid over $200 for the room, where’s the service??? I would not recommend staying here.
