TV doesn't work . Staff didn't do anything . Also didn't offer shuttle service. I called different times to front desk and they didn't help . Also hotel is old and updated

The bathroom smells of urine. However, the aircon is cool and comfortable. Also, you can leave your bags at reception if you have a later flight.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, but what truly made our experience unforgettable was the kindness and care of the staff. During our vacation, my son developed a severe earache in the middle of the night. The team immediately stepped in to help us find medication and made sure we had everything we needed. As a mom traveling with two kids, that level of compassion meant the world to me.

The cleanliness was very good, but the hotel was not well maintained. The hair dryer was broken, and the air conditioning was very noisy. However, the value for money was very good.

Great hotel! Location is awesome for the airport and also minutes away from the subway station. A quick 15 ride right into downtown Lisbon. Tons of parking located right outside of the hotel, the hotel doesn’t own the parking. Cost max 4.40 Euro a day, free on Saturday and Sunday.
