Bed sheets with spots. Bad smell in the room. Water leakage on the walls. Walls full of spots. A.C. not working as thermostat broken.

We have stayed at the Lorin several times as it is close to where we need to be, but it's going way downhill. The curtains are ripped. The towels are dirty. The sheets are stained. The hotel could not find our Hotels.com reservation and charged us again and we are still trying to get a refund. The breakfast used to be much better but now all cold and too salty.

私が滞在したのは週末だったので、ほぼ満室状態。ほとんどがジャカルタから週末を楽しみに来た家族でした。 朝食も満席で、従業員の席が空いていたのでそこでいただきました。 フロントスタッフ以外は英語も通用せず、少し言葉の壁がありましたが、出会う人のほとんどが笑顔で挨拶してくれ、とても心地良い滞在となりました。 施設内にはスパもあり、ホテルから5分ほど歩いたらコンビニが数件あります。

Fantastické
The staff are always pleasant, but the check-in stills needs speeding up. The room had a beautiful view of the mountains, but when the race cars started the noise was excessive and showed that the rooms needed more sound-proofing.
