Comfortable bed and pillows, very clean. Good shower pressure. The communal area and bar are lovely and they even had live music on Saturday night which is fantastic. Excellent location Only things I would change are: I would have liked a mirror in the bedroom near the window for styling hair and applying make up. Breakfast is not good value for money - £24 pp for watery juices and making your own tea and coffee is daylight robbery, but the food selection was quite decent

The hotel is in a good location just on the south side of the river Thames. It is close to Borough Market, the Shard and other attractions on the Southbank. It is a short walk to cross the river and is fairly close to a tube station. There are plenty of places nearby to eat. The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming and our room was clean with the usual amenities provided. My only issue was the opaque wall between the bedroom and shower. Although this was probably to let more light into, I would prefer to shower in private!
