Samostatný pobyt

Staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms are modern and neatly maintained. There is also a Wawa gas station right next to the hotel so you can walk over and get snacks and water. Overall the experience was great. I will definitely be returning if I have another event in Tampa.

The hotel itself was clean and the staff helpful. The location of the hotel is not in the best location and a bit sketchy of an area. I wasn’t comfortable coming in and out of the hotel alone. They allow the food delivery services in the elevator and to access entire hotel, they don’t require food deliveries to be left in lobby or remain in lobby until the guest can meet them. I would try to find another hotel next time I’m in town.

Wow a nice breakfast, you don’t have to stop at any place for food. Excellent breakfast.and the room clean,helpful with clean towels. I’ll stay again.

We hardly ever complain. This stay was one of the worst. Rooms were not cleaned well. Something on walls in bathroom. Pullout had no bedding and when we pulled it out. The smell was Terrible as well as a big stain. The lobby bathroom was always filthy and trash full and over flowing. Washed and dried one load of clothes. Washer was moldy around the rubber gasket and smelled. I had no choice but to use it. We were going on a cruise and a load needed done. The dryer ruined a brand new rash guard shirts. Oils stained all over it. When I told the Manager she was aware there had been an issue with the dryer, but thought it had been fixed. We told her about all the issues and she was very nice. Gave us 5000 points. Which we never have used points . The young man that worked the night desk was rude and not friendly.
