Bathroom sink pipe had a little leak and bath drain pipe partially blocked. Told the staff.

An enjoyable stay with super comfy bed

The air con in the room didn’t work and was a very hot and humid night - didn’t report as was only there for one night Reception staff were very welcoming on check in

Polite and friendly staff who were all very helpful. Room was clean and spacious with great air conditioning. Bed and pillows were extremely comfortable resulting in a great nights sleep. Bathroom was on the small size, and shutting the door once inside was problematic. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful with again all staff extremely polite and helpful. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

Clean and tidy room with everything we needed for our stay.

My only issue is the room service menu I felt was very poor in choice. Everything else is excellent this is why when visiting family we always stay there!

As soon as we arrived and I gave my name, the receptionist noticed that I walked with a stick and checked to see if we could have a ground floor room. The room was clean and comfortable. We were given extra coffee upon requesting it.

Friendly reception staff. Good size room and very clean. Good shower although an over the bath one.

I have stayed here a few times. Service is great. Bed is comfortable and breakfast is good. Recommended.

Disappointingly there were various issues with the room and then a couple of issues with one of the room services. The sink was blocked on my arrival for my 2 night stay, they told me that it would be unblocked the next morning but did to their credit eventually after a couple of hours, offer me a new room. I declined as I wanted to sleep after work and would have to collect the key. After coming back to the room after work the next day, the sink was no longer blocked however the sink faucet now had no cold water. I informed them of this and they again did offer me to move to another room however I declined and asked them for complimentary drinking water(they didnt offer) and they agreed to give this for the last night. Additionally, on the evening of the final night, I called the room service and requested food/drink along with the vat receipt specifically. The man bring it first forgot the card machine, then went back for the card machine and forgot the vat receipt, so I ended up having to wait before eating food which had gone cold. Again, it seems like a minor inconvenience but after paying £230 a night for a supposedly 4 star hotel you just want to relax after work and not have to worry about these things. I will say however their breakfast and food is quite tasty and the housekeeping are excellent and attentive. Parking is good and there is a back entrance so overall I may stay here again and hopefully I won't have a repeat of some of the issues I had
