I'll say this much, there was 1 staff that was helpful, his mame is Tony, once his shift ends the good customer service ends, the water pressure was awesome, that's it, that's all that was good.

Breakfast was okay,but no variety. Everyday the same thing. Line for coffee was horrendous each day. Room was okay. No fridge or safe in room. The Mariot down the road is closer to the station and priced mostly the same. Included breakfast is not enough to swing the high price in my opinion.

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. When we returned to the hotel late at night, we were locked outside for over 5 minutes because the front door bell wasn’t working and the key fob system was also broken. We repeatedly knocked and banged on the window just to get someone’s attention. When an employee finally came outside, instead of apologizing or helping, he became aggressive, confrontational, and used inappropriate language toward both me and another guest. His behavior escalated to the point where it appeared he wanted to start a physical confrontation. The person who identified himself as the manager, wearing a blue shirt, stepped in and prevented the situation from getting worse. However, he did not handle the incident like a professional manager should. Rather than taking control, apologizing, or addressing the employee’s unacceptable behavior, he seemed more interested in defending his staff than resolving the issue. The police were called, but nothing meaningful was done. To make matters worse, the employee refused to provide his name when requested. People with this level of aggression and lack of professionalism should not be working in hospitality, especially in positions where they interact with hotel guests. I cannot recommend staying here based on how this incident was handled. A hotel should make guests feel safe and respected not threatened.

The room reminded me of a dorm room. The establishment had nothing bigger than a double bed. The room had no phone, no microwave or mini fridge. Ice was only available next to the registration desk and was empty for the majority of the time. The shower did not get "hot" water but just a variation of warm. The room TV did not have cable and only showed antenna and didn't have any reception. There were limited areas to put unpacked clothes. On the good side, the bathroom was remodeled and had a great look. Shower soap was provided. The temperature controls were good and the room did have a safe available. The staff was friendly and accommodating! Breakfast met expectations as provided as an amenity.

The elevators was under maintenance during my stay. It caused some delays

Noise level due to construction in the building as well as outside is nauseating and headache worthy. The elevators are slow as only one goes to level 0 ,therefore; you can get to level 1 and exit a narrow staircase (which is not luggage friendly. Breakfast great! Staff very friendly and as accommodating as can be under the circumstances.

THe location was great. Close to transportation, shopping and restaurants. We didn't know the property was under construction and ir was very noisy. We were grateful to be able to change rooms. The second room was just ok. The ac wasn't working well and the room needed updating and deep cleaning. The hotel seems to be in the process of renovation. The staff was friendly and responsive, but the room was just ok. it needs new life, new bedding, new flooring, new wallpaper - just a total refresh.
