Nice and quiet location, but very close to trains and Nishiki market. Front desk super helpful. We were even able to borrow a shoe dryer after some shoes were soaked. Stayed in the adjoining rooms so lots of room for 4.

Had a great stay at Sotetsu in Kyoto. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always helpful and made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. I also appreciated the thoughtful little extras like complimentary face masks and other small amenities that added a nice touch. The included breakfast was a big plus too — convenient and a great way to start the day. Overall, a comfortable stay with excellent hospitality and attention to detail. I would definitely book again when I get the chance.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The housekeeping was excellent throughout my stay. The room was cleaned thoroughly every day, and I was very satisfied with the cleanliness and overall condition of the hotel. The staff were always helpful, friendly, and patient. They were willing to assist whenever I had questions, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I also really liked the laundry facilities. The machines can be operated conveniently through a mobile payment system, so there is no need to prepare coins or cash. It was very easy and convenient to use. The location is another major advantage. The hotel is close to everything — famous landmarks, shopping centers, restaurants, and the subway station are all within easy walking distance. The hotel also provides a wide variety of complimentary amenities, including coffee, tea, hair ties, face masks, body lotion, sunscreen, and bath salts. I especially appreciated the bath additives, which were perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. These thoughtful touches really show how much the hotel cares about its guests’ comfort. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

The property was convenient to shopping and subway access. 7-11 just right around the corner. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was great!
