Hotel was ok, staff could do with paying a bit more attention to customers rather than chatting amongst themselves when it’s busy. Tried to check in at 3, room wasn’t ready and was told it’d be 10 mins, and they would come get me, not a problem but had to go and remind them after 45 mins to see what was happening.

Great location, handy for London City Airport and transport hub at Stratford. Our experience was marred by our booked premium room having been given to another guest before we arrived. The promised partial refund has still not materialised 3 weeks later.

Over priced for an event at London stadium. However the room was cool with air conditioning. The shower was good and nice towels. The bar service seemed efficient too. Within minutes of Westfield Stratford. Lots of places to eat and drink.

Great location for the Take That concert at the stadium. Pleased we didn’t book breakfast as looked pretty basic but would book again for a concert
