Great location close to Hakata Station and canal city, and the onsen is nice to use at the end of the day.

Room is clean, a little tight for family with 2 large luggage and pram. Location was ok, but require 10 minutes walk to Hakata station, and 3-5 minutes walk to nearby bus stop. Tenjin area is a better choice if you prefer busier and more activities. The shared onsen was a little crowded at night, while afternoon was pretty quiet.

Larger than traditional japanese room. We had twin beds which make the room that additional bit bigger.
Decent buffet breakfast.
15 minute walk to station.
Restaurants are scattered around hotel.

Did not meet high ratings for this hotel. Small room, no complimentary coffee. Could not use free lounge until 2pm

Breakfast was great and delicious. Close to Hakata station which is great also.
It will be appreciated if extra fee for the hotel stay will be noted during the booking. Extra fee is not expensive but still it will be great if the fee is posted on their website.

Our stay was very nice and pleasant. The best breakfast buffet we ever experienced. There were many varieties of food to choose from. The staff, they were all courteous and polite. The room was small, but it was quiet and clean. Onsen was never crowded. We enjoyed it with perfect temperature. Highly recommend this hotel, but especially for breakfast buffet!

Not a good hotel for elderly. Our room was tiny and did not have an exterior window. You have a step up to the bathroom and a huge climb getting into the tub to take a shower. Breakfast spread was large but always the same and everything was cold. Was convenient to train station and had a convenience store close. Not a lot of local restaurants but train station had many food choices, Would not stay here again.
