The stay at Austrian Gardens, for the price, was a truly pleasant stay. The service staff were friendly and prompt with their service, and even handled the troubles (e.g. multiple blackouts, wifi breakdown) effectively. The areas were well-maintained with daily housekeeping. Honestly, the place was calming and relaxing after a day's out. Location is also very walkable distance to Patong Beach, the shopping malls (20 mins walk) and accessible by transport. Just an area of improvement would be the shower facility. The water pressure can be a little too soft (like there's minimal water) and the temperature can vary. Thank you for making our stay memorable

Pleasant stay overall. Great customer service that was helpful with any request. Clean rooms. Beautiful pool. Convenient location only a few minutes walk to the beach and lots of food options near by.

Great place close and walkable to Mall and Walking street. Great staff and good neighborhood with small stores and plenty of food within feet of the hotel as well as restaurant at hotel.

The Austrian Garden is a true hidden gem. It's tucked away in a garden oasis, yet only a three minute walk to Patong beach. The restaurant has an extensive German menu, & Robert's team makes every post a winner. The hotel itself was spotless, and Thomas' staff just couldn't do enough to help. If you're interested in a well priced hotel with the best pool imaginable, ice cold beer, and great food, this one's for you.

The room had no telephone to the front desk. I had room 118, it was large but sparse. I believe I was the only person in building one, the other people, ( who spoke German) were in building two and three. All in all I was happy, went on a fishing tour and enjoyed Paton.
