Clean room and friendly staff. Great location.

We stayed in a twin room which was excellent with a dressing area and attached bathroom. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Enjoyed a Good continental breakfast with nice lake and Skye bridge view.

The staff at Kings Arms Hotel were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay, which was definitely the highlight of the experience. The breakfast was also decent and provided a good start to the day. Unfortunately, the condition of the hotel itself was disappointing. The room showed significant wear and tear, with damaged blinds that did not properly block the light, making it difficult to sleep. There were signs of poor maintenance throughout the room and bathroom, including mold/mildew in shower corners, worn fixtures, and general cleanliness issues around baseboards and door frames. The overall property feels dated and in need of refurbishment. While the staff did their best and were pleasant to deal with, the condition of the facilities did not match what we expected. With some much-needed maintenance and updates, this could be a much better place to stay. Would I stay again? Probably not, unless substantial improvements are made.

The location is terrific, and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The only issue is that the bathroom door lock is broken.

I’d take a pass on this in the future. Not an enjoyable stay.

This hotel is like staying at a relatives house that has lived in the same house for 50 years. It's outdated but clean. Bathrooms were updated. Mattresses and pillows were fairly low end. Staff was friendly and accommodating overall. Parking is a bit of an adventure. Not many options for dining in the immediate area. The food from the hotel, both dinner and breakfast were good with nice variety. View is spectacular if you get a bay view

Reasonable pricing; can be a base for Isle of Skye trips.

The hotel is a bit older which has its charm, but the rooms itself were only somewhat clean and smelled musty. Found some hair in the bed sheets and wondered if they had been cleaned. At breakfast, got some toast and found mold on the bread.

A wee bit of a Fawlty Towers experience when we went to their restaurant for dinner the first night. The hotel in general was good. Comfortable beds and best of all Haggis for breakfast!

Breakfast was exceptional and staff very very friendly And helpful
